Air Bag Load Restraint System

At Simark Engineering, we manufacture Air Bag Load Restraint Systems designed to provide secure and effective cargo containment within commercial vehicles. Our system uses 100mm high-pressure lay flat hose installed along both interior walls of the vehicle, providing continuous support across the length of the load area.

Air is supplied through manifolds from a control box operated by an electrical switch, allowing the system to be quickly inflated and adjusted. Once inflated to 1.5 bar pressure, the air bags expand to create a secure fit against the load, helping prevent movement during transit.

For additional protection, particularly when transporting demanding loads, we recommend using a load bar at the rear of the vehicle to provide extra support and protect rear doors.
