M-Head Large Load Protection Applicator

At Simark Engineering, we manufacture the M-Head Large as part of our innovative ground-level load protection system, designed to improve safety and efficiency when applying CP004 edge protectors to high-sided loads.

Used in combination with the M-Pole, the M-Head allows operators to position edge protectors from ground level without the need to climb onto vehicles, access platforms or ladders. This helps reduce the risk of falls, slips and trips while supporting safer loading practices in line with industry safety requirements.

Manufactured from lightweight nylon moulding material, the M-Head is built to withstand the demands of the transport industry while offering improved flexibility and ease of use compared to traditional metal alternatives. The flexible fingers provide accurate positioning of edge protectors, helping protect both loads and restraint equipment during transit.
