Container Door Safety Strap

Container Door Safety Strap provides a simple, cost-effective solution for safely opening container doors where items and cargo may have shifted during transit. Designed to reduce the risk of doors being forced open by internal load pressure, the strap secures both door locking bars before unlocking, allowing the doors to open only a small distance while the load is assessed.

Fitted with a quick-release buckle and manufactured from highly durable 50mm yellow webbing, the strap is adjustable from 120mm to 600mm and offers a 1,400kg lashing capacity with a minimum breaking force of 2,800kg. Once any pressure has been safely released, the strap can be quickly removed, allowing the container to be opened in a controlled manner.
